When I was around 6 years old, I watched Batman Begins with my dad on a Toshiba DVD/VCR player (remember those?). As most Batman movies tend to be, it was pretty awesome.

But then my dad showed me the "Behind the Scenes" menu in the special features. This is where I learned that the actors who played Batman's parents were not indeed martyrs who gave their lives for the greater good of the film.
